What’s worse? A college’s victim-hood or entitlement?

SPRINGFIELD, Ill — When the College of DuPage was caught trying to grab $20 million in taxpayer money it didn’t need, for a project it didn’t have, the college was not happy.

But when the watchdog group Open The Books kept seeking openness and transparency from Illinois’ largest community college, the school’s trustees played the victim card and made references to the Nazis.
