NBC journalist questions whether ‘democracy is for sale’

By Adam Tobias | Wisconsin Reporter

MADISON, Wis. — NBC journalist David Gregory is worried that democracy may be for sale following the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent ruling striking down a decades-old limit on the total amount any person can contribute to federal candidates in a two-year election cycle.

Gregory also questions whether the court’s decision will lead to further corruption.

Find out how Alabama businessman Shaun McCutcheon, who brought the case with the Republican National Committee, responds on Sunday’s edition of “Meet the Press.”
