Would you like Senator Heidi Heitkamp (D-North Dakota) to vote for the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh as our next Supreme Court justice?

You have the opportunity to rally for that cause! As the Sate Director of Concerned Women for America of North Dakota, I invite you to the Women for Kavanaugh rally this Friday, August 17, at noon at Goldmark Office Park at 1707 Gold Drive, Fargo, ND. Next to Doolittle Woodfire Grill off I-194, Exit 350, or 25th Street South. North Dakota is part of an eight-state bus tour to rally conservative women to use their voices to support Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court of the United States. Be sure to invite friends and family! Men, women, and children are all welcome and encouraged to attend.

Penny Young Nance, President of Concerned Women for America, the nation’s largest public policy women’s organization, will be in Fargo to address the crowd.
Penny Nance, “This is the moment conservative women and evangelical voters have been waiting for and a huge reason why they voted for President Trump. This grassroots bus tour will utilize CWA state directors, chapter leaders, and volunteers across the nation to rally behind Judge Kavanaugh and demonstrate that he is abundantly qualified to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court.”

Join Penny Young Nance, myself and other grassroots leaders from across North Dakota as we speak about this historic moment in our nation. Stand alongside men and women of our state to ask Sen. Heidi Heitkamp to confirm Judge Kavanaugh as the next U.S. Supreme Court Justice!

Sen. Heitkamp’s message on her website says, “Thank you for contacting Sen. Heitkamp and sharing your concerns. She looks forward to hearing from all North Dakotans.” Attending the Women for Kavanaugh Rally in Fargo is a great way to send Sen. Heitkamp the message to confirm President Donald Trump’s nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Judge Brett Kavanaugh is one of the most respected jurists in the country, with endorsements from both conservative and liberal professors, attorneys and politicians. His reputation of impartiality and fairness is well known. Judge Kavanaugh has a record of judicial independence and applying the law as it is written. As a litigator, he has argued cases before numerous courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. And he has written more than 300 opinions as a judge in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, where he has served for the past 12 years. Leaders on both sides of the aisle have agreed Judge Kavanaugh is a principled and fair jurist who will make sure all sides have a fair hearing.

Sixty-three percent of North Dakotans voted for President Trump, just 27.2 percent voted for Hillary Clinton. Candidate Trump made history by providing a public list of possible Supreme Court nominees. This unprecedented move and the quality of nominees on the list, to include Judge Brett Kavanaugh, earned him the trust of our state.

The time for Sen. Heitkamp to support Kavanaugh is now. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman, Chuck Grassley just announced the hearing for Judge Brett Kavanaugh to serve as an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court of the United States will begin on Tuesday, September 4.

Will Sen. Heitkamp stand with the majority of North Dakota citizens or will her allegiance be with Chelsey Clinton and Planned Parenthood, who stand in opposition of Judge Kavanaugh?
Come to Fargo on Friday! Ask Sen. Heitkamp to join North Dakota’s other senator, Sen. John Hoeven (R-North Dakota), in support of the nomination of Judge Kavanaugh.
