Labor analyst: Seattle minimum wage won’t lift the impoverished

In a video interview Friday, Freedom Foundation labor analyst Max Nelsen told Watchdog Washington that Seattle’s new $15 per hour minimum wage law won’t lift the impoverished into prosperity.
