On the radio show today U.S. House candidate Mac Schneider joined me for a little debate about North Dakota’s lawsuit challenging the legality of Obamacare.

Schneider thinks it’s a bad idea because, if successful, the law would end things like the mandate that insurance companies provide coverage despite pre-existing conditions. But if the lawsuit is successful, doesn’t that mean the courts have found the law to be unconstitutional? Or invalid on some other basis?

Shouldn’t the law, whatever we might think of the outcomes it produces, be legal?

I also spoke about Facebook, Apple, and Spotify taking down content from Alex Jones as well as that new pro-Heitkamp ad which claims Kevin Cramer supposedly sold out North Dakota.
