Plain Talk: More Than You Ever Really Wanted to Know About Pore Space

0

On a previous episode of Plain Talk, state Senator Jessica Unruh made the case for her bill (which has now passed the House and Senate and is currently in conference committee) address the issue of pore space and other issues important to the oil and coal industry in the state.

On this episode Troy Coons, chairman of the Northwest Landowners Association, describes why he thinks the bill is bad for property rights.

Also, it seems at this point the Legislature isn’t going to make any big changes to the way the North Dakota University System is governed. Maybe that’s good. Maybe the problem isn’t the governance structure. Maybe the problem is the people and their priorities when it comes to higher education.
