Plain Talk Live: Lt. Gov. Brent Sanford Talks About the Future of Coal Creek Station

0

Last year Great River Energy announced that Coal Creek Station, North Dakota’s largest baseload power plant, would be closed.

However, the company indicated they were open to selling the plant to the right buyer. Lt. Governor Brent Sanford has been leading the efforts to find a buyer, and recently it was announced that a potential deal was in place.

Sanford joins Plain Talk Live to talk about the future of Coal Creek Station, and coal-fired energy.
